My Services

I offer individual psychotherapy and counselling for adults over 18 on both short term and longer term basis, depending on the client goals and or issues being brought.  This is via face to face, telephone or online.

 Fees

Initial assessment session £35

I offer a reduced rate initial assessment, where we will meet to see if and how psychotherapy may be helpful and to see if we are both suited to work together.  This session will normally last about 1 hr.

If for any reason I am not able to work with you (e.g. maybe someone else is more suited) I will suggest a referral where possible.

Ongoing individual sessions - £55 per 50 mins.

There may be reduced rates available for students and those in receipt of certain benefits, please enquire.
